Donna Phillips, a friend of the Bahá'í Faith, wrote about our two most recent CDs Hymns of Praise and Raise Your Voices: “Inspirational blending of soaring soulful melodies and spiritually sustaining words with a complexity that creates the simplicity that only a master can compose. The beauty of the words alone have their own sound in song and yet with the music added, the words dance in unison straight to our hearts. Ah -- Encore. Encore. Thank you for the sharing.”

Bill Maxwell, (Ed.D.) now pioneering in Albania, sent Wendy this delighful comment regarding our latest CD: “...I listened last night to the entire CD that you had sent to me. It is very soothing and prayerful. Thank you. The arranger/orchestra conductor added real strength to the singing. Wonderful musician, reminded me of Russ Garcia. Sharon Ballard from Rockford, Illinois, e-mailed the following comment about our Devotional Packages: “I used the template of the devotional for the prayer service we held in Rockford, for the 7 Friends in Iran. The writings were wonderful and it was so nice to just be able to change parts of it to reflect the music performances we were including. It was easy to compile and have printed and saved me a whole lot of time having it all laid out the way it was. Approximately 50 people attended our service. I am so grateful to you for sharing it.”

Donna Maddern from Modesto, California, sent us this insightful e-mail concerning our music: This music presents “a new interpretation to Refresh and Gladden My Spirit, and it feels so much like the music was made for the words. Singing out I will be a happy and joyful being” with this arrangement makes you believe it! The words saying “Thou art more friend to me, than I am to myself” and giving over our troubles to a Power that is infallible is such a relief, and this song offers a chance to tell God and Bahá'u'lláh of our thanks for his refuge and protection in a way that feels like we have felt the strength of the prayer. This song grew on me. The more we sang it in devotions, the more I appreciated it.”

Duane Herrmann of Topeka, Kansas, sent us a great comment: “For decades, I've felt that we needed group songs, not only performance "art" singing. Performance singing is nice, but it does not unite the hearts. Group singing does. Thank you so very much.”
